Did you see it? A fireball streaked across the Western New York sky Tuesday evening.
It happened around 8 at night in the southern sky, and had a greenish hue to it.
It appeared to almost explode as if into fragments, and then vanish. According to the American Meteor Society, this is called a bolide.
It only lasted about a second or two, but was impressive for those who saw it!
