This weekend, downtown Rochester will be the place to be: that’s because it’s ROC the Riverway Weekend.
More than 30 events will be taking place, each drawing crowds to the Genesee River. There’s something for everyone including live music, food, a vow renewal ceremony, bike rides and even tours of the historic Mt. Hope Cemetery.
“This weekend, I invite the community to explore the Genesee River with all of us and experience the story of Rochester’s history,” says Mayor Lovely Warren, City of Rochester. “As you’ll see, it’s the story of Rochester’s past and definitely our future.”
