East High students submit experiment to NASA

Three local East High students are having their experiment reach an astronomical level. 
 
De’aunte Johnson, Binti Mohamed, and Tailor Davis submitted their proposed experiment to test the effect of micro gravity on the deterioration of phytoplankton to NASA.
 
It’s slated to reach the International Space Station in June.
 
Scientists will run the test for six to eight weeks before it returns back to earth at East High where those three students will get complete their analysis.
