A grand jury has handed up an indictment against the driver involved in a fatal crash in Henrietta in early January.
Jordin Campbell has been indicted on a bevy of charges including aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter, aggravated vehicular assault and drunk driving.
Deputies say 22-year-old Campbell was drunk and behind the wheel when his vehicle went off Clay Road and through a cement wall for I-390.
Two people were thrown from the vehicle, including 22-year-old Anthony Mykins, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Campbell and another passenger were both seriously hurt.
Deputies said Campbell was under the influence of alcohol and possibly drugs at the time of the wreck.
He is currently being held in Monroe County Jail on bail.
