A Rochester man is facing charges, accused of shooting up heroin while in the same vehicle as his toddler.
According to investigators, 26-year-old Jakob Harrison Pollack was injecting heroin while parked in the Eastview Mall lot with his two-year-old daughter in the backseat.
Deputies were called to the scene after a passerby spotted him on Sunday. Pollack was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was sent to Ontario County Jail ahead of arraignment.
