Deputies: Groveland man arrested after 70-year-old man attacked

A man from Groveland has been arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident.

Thirty-one-year-old Owen Lowry was taken into custody at the scene.

We’re told a 70-year-old man was found with a serious head injury due to an assault.

Lowry is currently on probation and was charged with a felony assault due to the victim being over the age of 65.
