Some big names are set to play free shows at this year’s CGI Rochester International Jazz Festival, according to the full lineup released on Tuesday.

Among the 1,500 performers that will take part in the shows, the festival announced Tuesday that the Downchild Blues Band, featuring actor and former Blues Brother Dan Aykroyd, will play at the stage at East Avenue and Chestnut on Friday, June 21.

The next day, at the same stage, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will play a show.

The following week, on Friday, June 28, the Allman Betts Band — which features the sons of Allman Brothers Band members Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts — will play at the Midtown stage at Parcel 5 (Main Street/East Avenue).

On Saturday, June 29, at the same stage, Jazz Fest favorite Trombone Shorty will play with Orleans Avenue.
