News 8 has obtained the criminal complaint against the man accused in the deadly limousine crash.

Nauman Hussain, the operator of Prestige Limousine, is charged with one count of criminally negligent homicide. Hussain was arrested Wednesday in Albany County and arraigned later that evening in Schoharie County.

According to the complaint, Hussain failed to perceive a substantial and unjustifiable risk of death by hiring Scott Lisinicchia to transport 17 people while knowing the driver did not have the appropriate license to operate the limo.

The complaint also said Hussain should have known the limousine’s braking system was not working properly.

The complaint said Hussain’s actions resulted in the deaths of 20 people.
