A former Monroe County Corrections Officer has been convicted of Felony DWI.

The D.A.’s office says 32 year old Christopher McPherson was driving on I-490 near Penfield Road in April of 2015, when he crashed into a cement barrier.   When state troopers arrived on the scene and arrested him for being intoxicated, McPherson became uncooperative and refused a breath test.   During the trial, a witness testified that McPherson was driving erratically before the crash.

McPherson will face 2 1/3 to 7 years in prison when he’s sentenced in November.
