ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Mayor Lovely Warren announced on Wednesday that the city of Rochester is looking for developers to build in three opportunity zone locations in the city.
The three zones are in the Marina Overlook, St. Joseph’s Square and Excel Industry Park.
The city is looking for requests of proposals for the three locations.
