Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Canandaigua woman on Wednesday for her part in causing one’s fatal drug overdose tha took place in the Town of Gorham in November 2017.
Police say Robin Vertigans, 36, provided fentanyl and cocaine to the victim the day of the overdose.
Vertigans was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree. She was arraigned and committed to the Ontario County Jail where she’s being held without bail.
Vertigans will answer to the charges at Gorham Town Court at a future date.
