Canandaigua man arrested for DWI, hits woman with snow plow

Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Canandaigua man for driving while intoxicated following a domestic dispute on Saturday evening. 

Deputies said that 42-year-old Christopher Padden was driving in a 2002 Ford F-350 that had a snow plow in the front and hit the female victim on Ganyard Hill Road in the town of Bristol. 

Padden was charged with DWI and Aggravated Family Offense. 

Deputies took Padden to the Ontario County Jail and was held on pre-arraignment detention. Padden will answer to the charges at a later date.
