Officers say Robert Norry, age 32, stabbed 31-year-old Kelly O'May in their apartment on Caroline Street. O'May's body was found early Friday morning by family members who went to check on her after she hadn't been heard from for about a day.

Norry was arrested after his vehicle was spotted in Spokane, Washington. In Spokane, Rochester police questioned Norry about the case then charged him with murder.
They are now working to transport him back to Rochester.
