A benefit was held on Thursday night for the three-year-old boy who was struck and killed by a car in Rochester earlier this month.

The event for Amir Pallet, or “Marshy,” as many called him, was organized by Rochester NY Simply Giving.

It’s a Facebook group that helps out local moms in need.

More than 100 people RSVP’d for the pasta dinner to help the family. The event included a DJ, bake sale and raffles.

Marshy was laid to rest on Monday.
