Batavia police seek help locating man

The Batavia Police Department is seeking the assistance of the community in an attempt to locate
Charles “Gusto” Williams.

Police say Williams is wanted for 2 warrants Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree.

According to police, Williams was released pending sentencing and while awaiting sentencing violated an Order Protection.  They say Williams failed to show for his sentencing on the narcotics charge, and has refused to turn himself in at this time.

Anyone with information on Williams whereabouts is urged to call the Batavia Police Department
at 911. They say you should not approach Williams if located.
