Another man is facing charges after a drug bust in Mount Morris last week.
Carlos Diaz Silva, 35, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies say Diaz Silva was being sought after two homes in Mt. Morris were searched by investigators.
The arrest would make Diaz the fifth person arrested in the case. Deputies have also charged 18-year-old Yeleskey Soler-Vazquez and 21-year-old Edwin Soler are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Two other people were also taken into custody in the case, deputies said, but haven’t been identified. They face federal charges, the sheriff’s office says.
