A man accused of kidnapping a woman in Greece, which lead to a lengthy police standoff in Webster, is due in court today.
22-year-old Albert Pelusio the third faces kidnapping, burglary, and assault charges.
Police say he forced his way into his ex-girlfriend’s home in Greece Wednesday night and kidapped her.
He allegedly drove around with her for hours – even punching her in the face.
Police tracked him to Lake Road after he ultimately dropped the woman off at a gas station early Thursday.
They closed the road, surrounded the home, and even brought in a helicopter and armored truck before family members were able to convince Pelusio to turn himself in peacefully.
Pelusio was arraigned Thursday in Greece and held on a $500,000 cash bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court there again Tuesday afternoon.
