One jackpot winning Quick Pick ticket for Wednesday night’s LOTTO drawing was sold in Webster.

The ticket – worth $9,800,000 – was sold at Hegedorn’s Market on Ridge Road.

The winning numbers were: 06 – 16 – 24 – 25 – 37 – 38 and Bonus Ball 34.

To win a LOTTO jackpot, players must match the first six numbers drawn.

Winning tickets for Lottery draw games at all prize levels may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing. No one has claimed the money as of Thursday night.

One lotto player, Sam LaFranco, won $2,000 in a lotto once, but did not get to spend it. “Ask grandma what she did with it,” said Lagranco. “She put it in the Christmas fund. the kids made it out good that year.”

Tyler Viele, an employee for over six years, has been working at the lotto stand. “Sold a few tickets. Worked until 6:30 p.m., seemed like hundreds. Hopefully I was the one that sold the winner,” said Viele. “The store’s been great morale all day for sure. everyone’s smiling, happy.”

One regular lotto player Herb Gauch said he would spend the money on Family. “I’d set it up a fund and distribute it to the kids,” said Gauch.

“Take care of the daughters and the grandchildren and do some good stuff in the community,” said LaFranco.

Hegedorn’s is still waiting to hear how much they could benefit from selling the big check.
