ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) – Rochester youth got to kick off their Halloween weekends at a party hosted by The Dezio and Gingello Foundation on Friday afternoon. Kids were able to get candy while taking part in a costume contest, face painting and more on North Clinton Avenue.
