The Rochester Police Department says that Jennifer Pryor, 32, of Buffalo, has been charged with Murder in the Second Degree relative to the death of, Roger Pryor, 26, of Buffalo. 

The victim and suspect were husband and wife.

Police say that the incident occurred on March 12 around midnight on East Main Street in Rochester. 

Police were called to 444. E. Main Street for a report of a person shot and down on the sidewalk. Upon arrival they discovered that Roger Pryor had been stabbed at least once in the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
