ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Rochester Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Tommy Williams, 26.

Williams is described as 5’9” 180 pounds with a face tattoo near his left eye. He was last seen wearing gray ripped jeans and a blue and red sweatshirt. 

Police are asking anyone with any information on his whereabouts to call 911.
