Woodstock 50 has been told they can continue to plan the anniversary festival in Watkins Glen, according to USA Today.

State Supreme Court Judge Barry R. Ostrager ruled Wednesday that the festival’s former financier Dentsu Aegis could not cancel the festival, but that they could keep nearly $18 million.

According to the report, “Ostrager said in court this week that any decision he issued would expire within 30 days if arbitration does not begin with both sides.”

Dentsu ruled the festival dead at the end of April, beginning the public battle between companies and Woodstock co-founder Michael Lang.
