BRIGHTON, N.Y. (WROC) — A home health aide has been arrested after police said she was targeting elderly residents at the Legacy at Clover.
According to the Brighton Police Department, 28-year-old Shanque Collins is facing five counts of identity theft, burglary and grand larceny.
She was arrested after a three month long investigation and is due in the Brighton Town Court in June.
