50-year-old man recovering after shooting on 6th Street

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A man is recovering after he was shot on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Rochester Police Department, officers responded to 6th Street around 3 p.m. and found a 50-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to be okay.

The investigation is ongoing.
