ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Monroe County Department of Public Health has issues a statement that a recent technical issue has led to thousands of duplicate isolation orders being sent out to people who have already completed their required isolation time.
This is a requirement only for people who have tested positive for the virus. Officials said that if you have received one of these orders and have already isolated, you can disregard the message.
