Kayla Bianchi is a Digital Content Producer at News 8.

Kayla is a native of the Rochester region, although she has traveled and lived across many states.

After her honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 2020, Kayla earned a B.A. in English at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. In 2023, she earned her second B.A. in journalism and broadcasting from SUNY Brockport.

Even outside the newsroom, Kayla is passionate about writing across various styles and is usually filling her journal with a new story or poem. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and bulldog, and making it to as many rock concerts as possible.
