AUGUST PRECIPITATION:  2.60"

SATURDAY SUNRISE:  6:34 AM

SATURDAY SUNSET:  7:47 PM

A weak disturbance passing near us on Saturday will bring some scattered showers and a few storms to the area, mainly through the middle part of the day. It'll be a little breezy out of the southwest and still on the warm side, with highs in the lower 80s despite little in the way of sunshine. Sunday looks like it'll be the best of the three weekend days with mainly dry weather and a little more in the way of sun as we will sit in between two systems. By Labor Day, a pretty strong cold front will be moving through the area, bringing with it some rain and storms, with some of the storms producing gusty winds and heavy rain. Behind the front, we will cool things off significantly by Tuesday with a few instability showers lingering, and highs only in the lower to mid 70s. High pressure builds in mid-week before another shot of cooler air tries to move in late-week.

SATURDAY:  Breezy and warm with scattered showers and storms likely to be around, tapering by mid to late afternoon.

HIGH:  83

SUNDAY:  In and out sun, but mainly dry.

HIGH:  84

MONDAY:  Breezy with showers and storms likely, tapering off late.

HIGH:  83
