SEPTEMBER PRECIPITATION:  1.37"

SATURDAY SUNRISE:  6:57 AM

SATURDAY SUNSET:  7:09 PM

The weekend will be wet at times, especially on Saturday. A cold front slowly moving through the area will bring rounds of rain along with a few storms  here and there, especially through the Finger Lakes, bringing some heavy rain. That will tend to taper off and move east during the afternoon hours, but temperatures struggle to make it to near 70. The cold front will pass through the region from west to east later in the afternoon and it will be followed by an October feel for Sunday with intervals of sun, brisk northwest winds and a few scattered showers off Lake Ontario.  Temperatures will go from the low 70s for the last full day of summer Saturday to the upper 50s to around 60 on Sunday, as we officially kick off autumn late Sunday afternoon @ 4:44PM.  More great weather appears to be ahead for the first week of fall next week!  Stay tuned for updates.
