Vinc was named the co-player of the game on a night that began with the induction of goaltending legend Pat O'Toole in the Knighthawks Hall of Fame.
Rochester (5-6) used three goals in a 45-second span to break open the game in the fourth quarter. The Knighthawks improved to 5-6 and moved into a second-place tie with the Philadelphia Wings in the East Division. The loss denied Toronto (9-5) an opportunity to clinch the division and lock up an opening-round home game.
Mike Accursi led the Knighthawks with five points (3+2), including his 800th career point which came on Dan Dawson's goal at the 10-minute mark of the first quarter. The goal was part of a 4-0 Rochester first quarter.
Colin Doyle (2+4) and Garrett Billings (3+3) each notched six-point nights, as Toronto battled back to within 5-3 at halftime. Billings notched to straight power-play goals to open the second quarter.The Rochester Knighthawks remain home for Native American Night in a contest against the Philadelphia Wings on Saturday, April 6th at 6:00 p.m. It is the last home game of the season.
