Bills teammates defend Incognito

Jaguars Yannik Ngakoue stands by his comment that Incognito used 'racial slurs'

ROCHESTER - As the Bills cleaned out their lockers Monday morning, Richie Incognito was no where to be seen.

Incognito did not speak to the media a day after Jaguars Yannick Ngakoue accused the Bills left guard of using 'racial slurs' during their AFC Wildcard game.

While his past is well documented in the NFL, Incognito has kept his nose clean since getting a second chance in Buffalo.

Teammates came to Incognito's defense on Monday.

"I was next to Richie the entire game and Richie did not say one thing," said rookie left tackle Dion Dawkins.

"And if he did, you best believe I would have been one of the first people to check him on it. Because there's racists and a lot of stuff going on in this country and there's boundaries and if he did over step. I would have said something."

"I didn't hear anything," said Bills center Eric Wood

"It was chippy out there and Richie has done a lot in the last few years to restore his image and I hope its not all thrown away off of speculation," added Wood.
