Rush-Henrietta outscored Webster Thomas 20-5 in the 4th quarter to erase a nine-point deficit and win 46-40 in Webster Friday night.

Dana Watts led the Comets with the 13 points, including nine made free throws in ten tries during the fourth quarter alone. Sara Sweazy also had 13 for R-H and Morgan Johnson added 12 points.

Candaisy Crawford led the Titans with 11 points. It was the second time this season Thomas pushed a Class AA power to the limit. They lost in overtime to Penfield in December.

The Comets are now an impressive 14-1 while Thomas falls to a deceptive 5-9.
