Clyde-Savannah's Perfect Season Ended in State Quarterfinals

Clyde Savannah's pursuit of perfection came up short in the Boys Class D Regional, losing to Middle Early College 62-54 at Buffalo State on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles end the season 22-1. Clyde-Savannah was outscored in three quarters and trailed 32-25 at halftime. 

Tarron Scott was terrific for the Kats, scoring a game-high 23 points and pulling in 11 rebounds. Brian Brown also had a double-double for Middle Early College with 12 points and 10 boards.

Clyde-Savannah played six players and three reached double figures in scoring. Both Joe Faniel and Kam DiSanto led the Golden Eagles with 18 points apiee. Jermaine Bogan chipped in 14.

Middle Early College will take on Friends Academy of Section VIII in the Class C Semifinal. That game will tipoff at 1:30pm on Friday, March 14th from Glens Falls Civic Center.
