Prescott Rossi/Reporting: "For the first time at training camp, Marcell Dareus is back on the field with the Bills. He has passed his conditioning test. Took reps with the first team on defense. Looked like the Marcell Dareus we've seen on the field 骪before. He didn't talk to the media tonight, but his teammates did the talking and they're happy to have their Pro Bowl defensive tackle back on the field.
Da'Norris Searcy/Bills Safety: "Ahh man, that's Mr. Big Stuff. It was good to see him back out there, before we knew it, I was walking into the huddle, he was looking me into the face and getting everybody hyped up. It was good to have him out there. It's good to have Branch out there as well. We need those two big guys up front."
Kyle Williams/Bills Defensive Tackle: "We've got a long way to go to get ready for the season and we need him to play for us. hes a big part of our puzzle and its good to have him back and get him in the swing of things. He's back out on the field, he's passed his conditioning test and we're ready to go. We'll see how everything pans out with all of the off the field stuff. I'm sure there will be a day for that, but right now the good thing about it is he's in pads, we're practicing, and he's ready to go."
On the injury front, running back Fred Jackson left practice early. The Bills are calling it a lower leg injury. It didn't seem too serious but it will be something to monitor over the next few days. The Bills are back in action tomorrow under the lights here at St. John Fisher. 6:00 start to practice. On Sunday, they have an afternoon practice. 2:00 here in Pittsford. At St. John Fisher with the Bills, I'm Prescott Rossi for News 8."
