Two Arrested in Genesee Street Homicide

Rochester Police have identified the homicide victim as Ronald Stern of Holley, NY.  The shooting happened yesterday near the area of Genesee Street and Hopkins Alley.  A second gunshot victim, Earl Cartwright of Kent, NY, was treated and released for a gunshot wound to the lower extremity. 

Rochester Police Department and the US Marshals Task Force arrested two suspects: Ralik Coffie, 19 of Rochester and Victor Martin, 26 of Rochester for the homicide of Ronald Stern. Both are being charged with (2) counts of Murder 2nd Degree and (2) counts of Robbery 1st Degree.
