Vote on Compassionate Care Act Could Come Soon

Senator Ted O'Brien says a vote on the Compassionate Care Act, which would legalize medical marijuana, could happen as soon as Thursday.  Last night, the IDC and assembly sponsors amended the bill in attempt to address some concerns with it.  Still,  the latest version of the bill continues to allow patients over the age of 21 to smoke the drug, something Governor Andrew Cuomo is opposed to.
