Rochester, NY (WROC)-  Nascar driver Tony Stewart is expected to return to the track this weekend in Atlanta for the Oral-B 500.  This will be his first race since the tragic events at Canandaigua Motorsports Park on August 6th where Kevin Ward Jr., another driver, was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by Stewart during a night race.

Stewart is also scheduled to hold a press conference at the Atlanta track at 1pm on Sunday.  He has not been officially cleared of any criminal wrong doing in Ward's death.  The investigation into the incident is still being investigated by the Ontario County sheriff's office.
