Have an old computers laying around?  You can drop them off to help local kids in need.  The Rochester Police Activities League is holding its first ever computer drive.  They are collecting new and gently used computers.  The donations will be recycled..and new computers will be delivered to children in need, just in time for the upcoming school year.

Justin Collins, the director of PAL, said, "As police officers, we go into some of these home where kids don't really have anything and we know they are behind the eight ball with so much stuff..let alone computers.  So, it's the least we can do to help them out."

There are two collection points.  One in the Rochester Auto Expressions parking lot on West Ridge road and another outside World's Gym on East avenue across from Wegmans.
The drive goes until 7:00pm tonight.
