Man Shot on Seth Green Drive

Rochester, N.Y. (WROC)- Police say a 60-year-old city resident was shot after the suspect tried to enter the victims apartment by force.   

According to the Rochester Police Department the incident happened around 4:30am Saturday morning, at 16 Seth Green Drive. When police arrived on scene they found the victim a 60-year-old city man with gun shot wounds to his lower torso. The investigation revealed that the 60-year-old man was shot after struggling with the suspect who was attempting to force his way into the apparent.

The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made and the investigation is on going.
