The man accused of driving into a group of students outside School Without Walls has pleaded guilty.  Twenty four year-old Mark Heeks pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular assault.

Back in December, six students were injured when Heeks drove through a fence outside the school.  Heeks admitted he injected heroin before driving.

Heeks is scheduled for sentencing in September where he's expected to spend 2 1/3 to 7 years in prison.
