Governor Cuomo Asks for Federal Funds for Yates County Flood Relief

Yates county could be getting more help for flood relief.  Governor Cuomo has asked the federal government for money to help clean up parts of the region hit by severe flooding.  The governor is asking president obama to make a major disaster declaration.  This would provide Yates and several other counties more than 28 million dollars to help rebuild.
