East House, a non-profit in Rochester that serves people recovering from mental illness and substance abuse, is honoring RIT for being a community partner.  For 18 years, RIT has hosted the East House Enrichment Program, which brings individuals in recovery to RIT for a 2-week college experience every summer.   The program is designed to inspire independence through education.
