Rochester, NY (WROC)-  More than 50 people gathered outside the Jordan Health Center for a "stop the violence" walk today.  Organizers are trying to stop the violent incidents in the community.  They're also concerned about the recent incidents with police and race relations nationally.

"I had a couple of situations people that have been in shootings and stabbings and I'm just tired of it and I have a 3 year old daughter, I think it's time to step up in our community," said Thomas Ellis, Founder of Club Yolo Entertainment.

The group has more anti-violence walks planned.  The next is scheduled for September 13th.
