Musician, Jon Bon Jovi, claims he will keep Bills in Buffalo. Many people have been worried that if Bon Jovi and his Toronto-based group do buy the Bills they will be moved out of the arena. Bon Jovi provided a letter to the Buffalo News saying he would keep the team in Buffalo.
The letter was titled, "Why We're Bidding on the Buffalo Bills," and the paper states that Bon Jovi's purpose for writing the letter was, “to clarify our intentions to the fans of the team and people of Buffalo.”
According to the Buffalo News, Bon Jovi talked about building a new stadium in Buffalo. The letter to the paper reads, “I know how much the Bills mean to the people of this region... so I want you to hear this from me: I’m not risking it all to let you down."
Bon Jovi's group made a bid this past Tuesday. Groups who also put in bids were the owners of the Buffalo Sabres, Terry and Kim Pegula, and developer, Donald Trump.
