More arrests are expected Wednesday in the state investigation of Monroe County's use of local development corporations.

A grand jury convened by the state attorney general has been meeting since July and has already indicted Daniel Lynch, a subcontractor to one of the companies. Lynch is accused of grand larceny and falsifying business records. These non-profit entities helped the county upgrade security and telecommunications equipment. Sources say multiple people will turn themselves in on Wednesday.

Among those who have retained attorneys are Nelson Rivera, the county's former information technology director and Bob Weisner, the husband of County Executive Maggie Brooks. Others have also hired lawyers.

We will bring you the latest information on this investigation as details are uncovered.
