A follow up on a story we brought you last night.
We're hearing from Mayoral Candidate Alex White, who says that he is all for making Rochester a "bicycle friendly community."

He says that while the city has a Master Plan for cyclists in place, it does not have the money to give the program life.
He believes that the city can work with the resources it currently has available.

White says he hopes to have Rochester rated as a Gold or Platinum bicycle city by 2016.
