People at Foodlink spent the day flipping pancakes to help flip the eating habits of at-risk people in the Rochester area.

Foodlink held its first ever pancake breakfast Saturday morning at Saint Mark's and Saint John's Church to support the "Cooking Matters" program. The program aims to empower families at risk of hunger with skills to make healthy and affordable meals.

Foodlink says it hopes the program helps people stretch their limited food dollars to develop healthy eating habits.
