Wednesday was a special day for Rochester man, Paul Cardinale... he turned 100.
Cardinale is a decorated World War II veteran who particpated in the D-Day Invasion and the Battle of the Bulge.
Paul was also honored by the Gates Town Board today as a hometown hero. After experiencing a century's worth of memories, he says he feels as young as ever.
"I feel twice as young as before!" Boasted Cardinale.
Gates Town Supervisor, Mark Assini, along with Todd Baxter of the Veterans Outreach Center visited the birthday boy at his home.
