UPDATE: Waterloo man dies from injuries suffered in motorcycle crash

SENECA FALLS, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - UPDATE (Oct. 10)

Seneca Falls Police say that 34-year-old Christopher Derosia, of Waterloo, has died from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle accident on Sunday in Seneca Falls. 

ORIGINAL (Oct. 8)

The Seneca Falls Police Department has reported that Seneca Falls Police, Fire and North Seneca Ambulance responded to a crash involving one motorcycle on State Routes 5 and 20 near the former western village line on Sunday at about 12:03 p.m.  

Police say a motorcycle being operated by Christopher J. Derosia, age 34, of Waterloo, was Eastbound when it crossed the Westbound lane and struck a curb causing Derosia to be ejected from the motorcycle.  

According to police, Derosia, who was wearing a helmet, was seriously injured and was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance before being transferred to Strong Memorial Hospital.  

Police say the accident is still under investigation.
