Three giraffes coming to the Seneca Park Zoo in 2018

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - Shortly after April the Giraffe welcomed her new baby into the world, Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo announced that the Seneca Park Zoo is expanding and will have three new giraffes by next year.

At this point, the zoo says they aren't sure where the giraffes will come from, but that they know they will have two females and one male giraffe in the new exhibit.

The plan is to have the exhibit complete and the giraffes in Rochester by summer of 2018.

There will also be a new tram at the zoo that will make it easier for visitors to get around the park. Additionally, Dinolfo said there will be a new rhino exhibit and even more animals coming.
