Rochester developer denied loan from Rochester City Council

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - Rochester City Council has rejected Mayor Lovely Warren's request to loan $1.5 million to Morgan Management for development of 103 Court Street in Downtown Rochester.

The money from the loan would have covered the residential portion of the project. Development at the site will continue.

In September, it was reported that Developer Bob Morgan was being investigated by the FBI. They were reportedly looking into financial practices by Morgan's companies.
